Photo license
Effective 2 September 2026. This license is part of the HVAC Growth OS Terms. If you send us job photos, you grant the rights below.
1. Grant
You grant CoilPath a limited, non-exclusive license to pick, crop, caption, and post photos you provide to:
- your Google Business Profile, and
- your shop’s Instagram, Facebook, or similar channels we run for you under the plan.
The license is only for your shop’s own profiles. We do not use one shop’s photos as another shop’s proof. We do not put your job photos on CoilPath marketing as a case study unless you later give a separate, written OK (and any testimonial rules then apply).
2. What you promise
You have the right to let us post the photos (including permission from techs where needed). Photos are from jobs you actually did. Phone photos of equipment, attics, pads, thermostats, and driveways are expected. We do not send a photographer. We do not need a truck lined up for a brand shoot.
3. What we will not do
No stock standing in as your job. No AI condenser standing in as your job. No inventing an install you did not do. If a month is thin on real photos, we say so and use a tighter service-area post instead.
4. Specimens
Marketing specimens are labeled SPECIMEN / NOT A LIVE CLIENT and use Example Co names. They are examples of style, not your photos and not proof a named company hired us.
5. Term
This license ends when your monthly plan ends. Posts already published on your own Google profile and social channels stay there. We will stop using unpublished files from your folder after cancel, except copies we must keep for records or a dispute.
