Privacy policy

Effective 2 September 2026. This policy describes how CoilPath handles information for HVAC Growth OS. It is for US businesses. We do not target the EU or UK on week-1 outbound.

1. Who we are

CoilPath, trade name for HVAC Growth OS. Notices: 9169 W State St #2546, Garden City, ID 83714. Domain string: coilpath.com (registered; website not live until we publish). No EIN is published on this site.

For information about HVAC shops that buy from us, CoilPath decides how that shop-account data is used. For information about a shop’s own homeowners (review SMS, missed-call text-back), the shop is the business in charge of that list. We process those texts as the shop’s service provider, on a number the shop already uses, not from a CoilPath blast list.

2. What we collect from shops

• Name, shop name, city, Google Business Profile URL, email, and whatever you send us to run the plan
• Access credentials or invites you give us for GBP, photo folders, and (Growth/Ops+) your job-texting number
• Job photos you drop for posting (see Photo license)
• Payment details handled by Stripe when checkout exists — we do not store full card numbers on this site

The current draft marketing page does not collect form submissions. When a specimen form exists, it will ask for name, shop, city, and Google profile URL.

3. Homeowner texts

We do not buy contact lists. We do not sell a shop’s customer list. Review and missed-call SMS go to numbers the shop already texts for jobs, with STOP language. You (the shop) are responsible for having permission to text those numbers. We do not use homeowner numbers to pitch CoilPath.

4. How we use shop data

To deliver HVAC Growth OS, send transactional mail about the plan, improve the work, and comply with law. We do not sell shop data. We do not use shop data to run unrelated ads.

5. Sharing

Processors we need to run the plan (hosting, email delivery, Stripe, automation). We share what a tool needs, not a marketing list. We disclose if the law requires it.

6. Retention and security

We keep shop-account data while the plan is active and for a reasonable period after cancel to close billing and records. Photos follow the Photo license. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method is perfect.

7. Your choices

Shops may ask us to correct account data or stop processing after cancel, except records we must keep. Commercial email includes an unsubscribe link when we send it. SMS recipients may reply STOP on the shop’s number.

8. Children; international

This service is for HVAC businesses, not children. We do not seek EU/UK personal data. If that changes, we will update this policy before we collect it.
