Do I have to sign a year?
No. HVAC Growth OS is a monthly plan after setup. Cancel before the next billing date; we finish the month already paid. No extra 30-day notice. The setup fee covers the build (profile audit, SMS copy, photo pipeline, first calendar). It is not a credit toward ads and is not refundable once work starts.
Who writes the Google posts and captions?
An operator at CoilPath writes them from your jobs, your photos, and your cities — then they ship on a production calendar. This is not a 30-day stack of “Stay cool this summer!” generated into a spreadsheet. If we do not have a real job to work from, we say so and use a tighter service-area post instead of inventing an install you did not do.
What do you need from our techs’ photos?
What they already shoot: condenser on the pad, old unit vs new, attic coil, thermostat, the driveway after the job. Phone photos are fine. A shared album or Drive folder is the handoff. We pick, crop, caption, post. We do not send a photographer and we do not need the truck lined up for a brand shoot.
Do you replace Jobber / Housecall Pro / ServiceTitan?
No. Starter and Growth run next to whatever you already use. Ops+ adds routing so inbound leads land in Jobber or Housecall Pro instead of dying in a voicemail or a personal text thread. We do not migrate your whole shop onto a new CRM.
Will you run our Facebook / Instagram ads?
No. CoilPath will not take a media budget or “optimize your funnel.” If you already run ads, this system catches the calls and reviews those ads create. If you do not run ads, the Google profile, photos, and follow-up still have a job to do.
Do you buy reviews or get us to #1?
No. After-job Google texts only: same ask to everyone, after the tech has left. No fake reviews, no gating, no “mention Mike,” no taking the bad ones down. We do not guarantee map-pack rank.
Is there a contract lock or a long onboarding?
No annual lock. Setup is the onboarding: access to GBP, the photo drop, and (for Growth / Ops+) the missed-call and review SMS path on a number you control. Most shops are on the calendar in the first billing month, not after a 90-day “brand sprint.” The quarterly landing-page refresh (Growth and Ops+) is copy and layout on one URL you already have — not a new website.
